Leadership and Support for Implementing Risk Mitigation Techniques
This can include:
- Organizing and leading or facilitating a task force or committee to create a solution for the institution.
- Identifying how the institutional structure can be used or organized to support the policy/procedures development.
- Developing training and “train the trainer,” i.e. educate selected administrators to enable the institution to sustain the compliance or risk mitigation effort.
Most administrators know that “something” should be done about most risks or compliance needs, but simply don’t have the time or expertise to do it. Our services can deliver the project leadership to take a risk mitigation or compliance need from the idea stage to a fully developed, implemented program, even where significant consensus building and cooperation across the institutions’ divisions is necessary for success.
